A rare and exciting opportunity has now arisen for an Administration Assistant to join our team in the Penrith NSW office. This role is casual and has been created in line with Job Maker program. The successful candidate must meet the Job Maker program criteria. Only applicants that meet Job Maker criteria will be considered. You will be supporting a busy immigration consultancy firm. In this role you will assist the primary immigration consultant. You will assist with the preparation/writing of training programs for various industries. Training will be provided to the right applicant. You will use your analytical skills, customer service and superior communication skills. You will assist with the preparation of visa applications and applications to various stakeholders associated with immigration law. Some of the key responsibilities include: Under the supervision of the experienced practitioner you will prepare training plans for various industries Assist in preparation of visa applications Handle email correspondence with clients Develop and manage positive relationship with clients Work beside the director What will you bring?
