About the role The Associate Director, Commercial leads the delivery of complex commercial and investment projects that align with strategic Government objectives to meet future requirements on a whole of government basis. You will lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver high quality outcomes on property and infrastructure transactions, particularly unsolicited proposals and other direct deals, business case development and infrastructure strategies, government-led precinct development projects, and other key commercial and investment initiatives and programs. You will be an expert in partnering with other government agencies, the private sector and non-Government organisations to deliver complex commercial projects that achieve value for the community and adhere to the highest standards of probity. Want to know more? Please refer to the Role Description. About you We are looking for someone who has: Demonstrated ability to lead complex commercial projects and achieve milestones and outcomes. Proven ability to work with and influence diverse stakeholders to solve complex problems and build consensus Experience in leading multi-disciplinary, agile teams, including providing coaching to support the development of team members A demonstrated understanding of the frameworks needed to deliver commercial projects, including finance and budget matters, procurement and probity frameworks.
