AXYN Solutions : AXYN Solutions is an ethical migration & education agency based in Perth CBD, with a significant number of French-speaking clients around Australia. We are looking for an enthusiastic case manager to join the migration team and help us assist our clientele in reaching their migration goals. As a case manager, you will be dealing with a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Pre-assessment of prospective clients Preparation of visa applications, skills assessment and supporting documents under supervision Liaising with various stakeholders (incl. clients, skills assessment authorities and the Department of Home Affairs) Legal research as instructed Profile: Tertiary qualification (required) A minimum of 3 years of experience as a case manager in a law-related area (required) Previous experience in migration law would be highly regarded Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English AND in French Proficiency with Microsoft Office (esp. word, excel and PPT) and technology adaptability (as we use a CRM to record File Notes) Good understanding of basic Australian accounting rules would be an asset Key attributes: Genuine interest in helping others Great attention to details Team player with initiative Willingness to learn and grow (with internal & external training available depending on your career’s goals) Long term commitment essential Position: REMUNERATION : This full-time position (38 hours per week) will have a base remuneration between 60k-65k super, depending on the candidate’s experience. LOCATION : You will be based in the Perth office and need to be physically present 5 days a week (it is not a remote position).
