The successful candidate will be required to: Correspond with Lawyers and Institutional Clients Review share trading reporting and analysis Draft documents Data review summaries Perform quality checks Maintain documents for all matters To be successful for the position, you will demonstrate: 2 years’ administrative experience in a corporate services environment (banking, stockbroking or insurance environments preferred) Intermediate MS office capabilities (Notably Excel, Word and Outlook) Familiar with share trading, the ASX and share types Experience with claims processing Professional phone manner High level of attention to detail Flexible, adaptable working style Team focussed Corporate presentation and effective communication skills Interested?
