The Role This is a great mixed commercial role, with approximately 50/50 transactions/ litigation split. You will work with an impressive, high-end client base on a variety of matters and areas of law, including commercial leasing, sale of business, shareholder agreements, insolvency, client disputes and litigation, debt recovery, and general commercial advice. You will have both direct responsibility for your own files and assist with the carriage of large cases. In addition, the ideal candidate will have: Minimum 5 years PAE within Commercial Law.
