The Role: A rare opportunity has presented for a part-time Solicitor with Commercial Litigation experience (essential) to join our friendly, professional team. We are willing to negotiate hours of work to accommodate your commitments. This opportunity will see you acting for small to medium sized businesses and their owners. Your main duties will include: Commercial dispute resolution Family Provision dispute resolution Drafting and giving advice on Commercial Documents Wills Estate Planning and Probate work & Undertaking firm innovation projects The successful candidates will have: At least 2 years litigation experience Current Practicing Certificate Commercial dispute resolution experience Strong legal research and analytical skills Experience with Drafting and giving advice on Commercial Documents High level of computer competency The confidence to identify more efficient ways of doing things Experience with in-court appearances will be advantageous. The successful candidate will be offered flexibility to negotiate their hours of work and be offered some workdays from home. You will receive a base salary commensurate with your experience, plus bonuses calculated on receipts from your legal work and extra bonuses for undertaking firm innovation projects.
