The Board is able to receive complaints, investigate and take appropriate action where required. about the role Reporting to the Registrar this role will see the successful candidate working in a small team environment, responsible for a a range of general administrative activities related to the functioning of the Board. Duties will include: Supporting the compliance and enforcement activities of the Board (statutory interpretation and application of the law to situations of potential breaches) Investigation Preparation of briefs Research, analysis and report writing Development of information papers and communications materials Client engagement about you Legal Degree (completed or currently studying) Experience in investigation and enforcement including knowledge of legal processes and evidence collection Ability to interpret and enforce legislation Well-developed written, oral and interpersonal communication skills Keen eye for detail Ability to work autonomously This temporary role has the capacity for extension with client open to a part time or full-time working arrangement.
