Conveyancing Assistant Our client is an Australian owned Conveyancing Business based in Melbourne’s West (Werribee) who specialize in building relationships, understanding needs, and providing practical knowledge and advice to their valued clients whilst offering a personalised professional service. We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join the team on a full-time basis, if you have a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience then this is a great opportunity to join an established team and grow with the role. You will be required to assist the team with management of files in relation to sales and purchase of residential, rural, and commercial conveyancing matters from receipt of instructions to settlement . Duties and Responsibilities General office administration, filing, data entry maintaining records. Inbound and outbound calls Tracking and monitoring files to ensure accuracy, compliance and date critical timeframes are met. Building, maintaining, and developing customer relationships in a professional manner. The ability to work autonomously and as part of the team. Skills and Experience Minimum of 1 year working in a Conveyancing role. Hands on experience with PEXA and Duties online is ESSENTAIL. Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge and understanding. Strong Customer service skills in person and on the phone. Legal experience is not essential but will be considered a bonus. What is in it for you?
