Typical duties will include – Running Residential, commercial and off the plan files from start to finish or assisting with this Creating and maintaining property conveyancing sale and purchase files Draft documents associated with the sale/purchase of property such as contracts of sale, settlement statements, vendor’s statements, due diligence reports, statements of adjustments and agreements for lawyers’ review Preparation of client accounts Other administrative tasks as required To be considered for this role, you will have an understanding of the conveyancing process.
