Competition: You will actively involved in varied M&A transactions and a key aspect of these transactions is Competition. You will be working to prepare a diverse range of applications and submissions with a view to obtain authorisations of M&A applications, cartel immunity applications, among others. You will also be advising in cartel investigations. Consumer: You will actively involved in diverse matters involving the Australian Consumer Law, such as, reviewing marketing campaigns and strategies to ensure compliance with and to minimise risks of breaches of the ACL. You will also be involved in providing advice and helping to draft policies for clients to implement in-house to help ensure compliance and minimisation of risks of breaching the ACL.
