Group Description Our Sydney Corporate M&A team operates within the broader national Capital Markets & Corporate line of business and is recognised as one of Australia’s market-leading practices, led by industry experts with extensive experience in advising on major domestic and cross border transactions. Role Description An opportunity currently exists for talented Associates and Senior Associates to join our Sydney Corporate M&A team and work primarily on high value private M&A transactions, with a particular focus on the Real Estate, Financial Services and Government sectors.
