The position of the Courtroom Allocations Coordinator (Judicial Support – All Divisions) sits within the Digital Litigation Team and has the specific purpose of better facilitating judicial function, via improved logistical arrangements of courtroom allocations. This specialist role focuses on the allocation of civil courtrooms, and the coordination and management of the monthly courtroom roster for the trial division of the court, and the management of the WebEx video and teleconference booking system. This role works in conjunction with other allied roles across the Divisions of the Court, in order to remain informed of any adjustments to the requirements of judicial officers, which will necessarily change depending on the progress of a matter. Duties include: Allocate courtrooms for various hearings for matters within the Commercial Court, Common Law and Associate Judges divisions Managing the Court’s courtroom and virtual hearings booking system Liaise with Judicial chambers to ensure that the resources for their hearings are met Support the Digital Strategy Team for the eCourt upgrade project work.
