About the role Advise on strategic employment matters including employee engagement, regulatory compliance, and statutory frameworks including in relation to modern slavery, labour hire, licensing and FWC Award reviews. Also advise on protection of assets, including trade secrets through policies and litigation. Your team includes one partner, two Senior Associates, and rotating Associates, para-legals and clerks. Duties & Responsibilities Bring your experience handling complex matters (both contentious and non-contentious) gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level within a respected law firm. It is preferable that you have Court experience – in unfair dismissals and general protections claims.
