Due to an ever-increasing demand for their services, our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their team and advises public and private organisations across all work-related matters including: Employment; Occupational health and safety; Privacy; Corporate laws; IR strategies and dispute resolution; Employee fraud; Executive payouts; Terminations; and Discrimination and diversity. Required: Between 5-8 years PQE from a top or large mid-tier Australian law firm; Expertise in employment law, industrial relations, and safety; Sound academics from an Australian university; Excellent legal research skills are a “must have”; Ability to handle a complex caseload with minimal supervision; Willingness and ability to assist Partners and senior lawyers on large matters when required; and Ability to delegate work and supervise more junior lawyers and paralegals.
