Executive Assistant VPS Grade 3 The Office of Public Prosecutions has an exciting opportunity to join our organisation as an Executive Assistant within our Executive Services division. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Deputy Solicitor for Public Prosecutions and General Manager Corporate Services and is primarily responsible providing high level administrative support including drafting reports and preparing correspondence, conducting research as required and planning and managing of Executive diaries. The Executive Assistant will need to demonstrate professionalism and have a focus on team work, quality service delivery and attention to detail. They will need to be comfortable dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders including the OPP’s Senior Leadership Team whilst maintaining privacy and confidentiality. They must have strong Microsoft Office and IT skills, demonstrate initiative and flexibility in their work practices and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
