Job tasks and responsibilities Responsibilities include: Executive Assistant to Managing Partner General secretarial duties Accounts support Scheduling appointments Diary management Reception duties – meet and greet of clients, answering phones, making tea and coffee, mail in/outwards, scanning and printing, banking, stationary orders, filing, kitchen duties and general administrative support. Skills and experience Strong administrative and organisational skills; Excellent time management and ability to multitask; Excellent communication skills; Attention to detail; Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office; Competence in legal practice management systems (LEAP) is highly regarded but not essential.
