Opportunity for an Experienced Family Lawyer to work in a Balmain office in a friendly team with a positive work environment The Firm A boutique firm based in Balmain is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join its team of 7 friendly legal professionals. The team advocates for a collegiate and collaborative atmosphere where team members are viewed as extended family. Therefore, staff turnover is extremely low. The firm is multidisciplinary with practice areas in Property, Commercial, Wills and Probate, Building and Construction, and Family Law. It takes a pro-client approach to its practice and prides itself on delivering plain English advice, expertly steering their clients through an array of legal matters and securing excellent results for its valued clientele. The Role The firm is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer who has worked extensively in boutique firms and is comfortable with working in a small team such that from time to time you will be required to dabble in other practice areas of the firm. The role will involve you taking primary control of the firm’s Family Law matters and running them autonomously. Support staff will be available to lend assistance. The matters coming through the firm run the full gamut of common Family Law matters with occasional non-standard matters which will keep things varied and interesting.
