Role: Practice lead position with a diverse mix of employment law matters acting for corporate clients. Responsibilities/tasks will be a mix of litigation/advocacy, advice work and mentoring and coaching others within the organisation. You: The ideal candidate will be a senior associate lawyer (5 PQE) employment lawyer with experience gained at a well-regarded firm. You will be a strong litigator, comfortable acting in various levels of court, able to manage files from start to finish and possess outstanding technical and communication skills. You must also be willing to coach and mentor junior staff.
