Click here to see what we do About the role The Law Enforcement Coordinator will manage the Law Enforcement Liaison function within the Fraud Response Team, develop and maintain strategic law enforcement personnel relationships, and prepare court briefs in accordance with rules of evidence and other law enforcement requirements. The successful applicant will possess the following: Established experience in law enforcement liaison function roles Ability to effectively prioritise a case load of fraud investigations and inbound law enforcement requests Consult, collaborate and create a positive relationship in all stakeholder interactions to resolve project related issues Manage multiple cases and tasks at the one time Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Working to required time frames and ability to meet deadlines Willingness to travel within state, when required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities Proficient in identifying quickly, cases that need escalation and additional support material Key Accountabilities: Develop and manage a law enforcement engagement model including provisions for inbound and outbound requests from Law enforcement Agencies (State & Federal) Support and contribute to the implementation of process, technology and cultural improvement activities Prepare affidavits and statements for court purposes Collaborate, guide and provide support staff undertaking investigations to ensure effective operation of the team Salary SNSW Grade 9/10 – The package includes the base salary range of $111,806 to $134,667, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
