It is suited to a junior professional with a law degree who is keen to service an enviable client base of top-tier to boutique law firms, as well as in-house, and recruit junior lawyers through to senior level. You will work closely and be mentored by our two Melbourne based directors. What you need To be considered for this role you will be a switched on and professional with a law degree and the ability to make things happen, influence others and learn from us. Your pro-active, outgoing and friendly nature will ensure your success. This role will initially allow you to train as a recruiter, performing basic recruitment functions, searches, ad drafting, references and working with the team to get our roles filled. Over time and when you are ready, you will transition to a full recruitment consultant role.
