This role supports a Principal & Special Counsel in a busy and diverse Corporate & Commercial Law practice. Some of your responsibilities will include handling correspondence, drafting and typing letters, preparing contracts, emails and file notes maintaining filing system (hardcopy and electronic) word processing of documents, including PowerPoint presentations and track changes maintaining diaries, confirming appointments and organising meetings opening and closing files as needed liaising with clients and handling telephone enquires posting timesheets and assisting with the preparation of bills general administrative tasks Skills and experience we’d love Our client is ideally seeking a self-motivated and proactive candidate who takes pride in their work and is passionate about what they do.
