It’s all about you You’ll enjoy a varied and “hands on” role as you provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Principal to ensure their busy Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice runs smoothly. Some of your duties will include, but not limited to; preparing court documents, briefs to counsel and general correspondence diary and email management, including coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments online court filing filing and file management liaising with clients general administrative tasks including relief reception Skills and experience we’d love The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years experience as a Legal Secretary in the area of Litigation & Dispute Resolution as well as; the ability to work independently advanced MS Word and typing skills a keen eye for detail the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines excellent inter-personal skills a pro-active and supportive team attitude Let’s talk If you enjoy working in a positive and supportive team, this role will definitely appeal.
