About the role: Working with the Partner and other senior lawyers in this highly regarded law firm, you will: work across a variety of claims representing and advocating for victims of child abuse, sexual abuse, defence force personnel and professional athletes; look to work collaboratively to resolve claims rather than taking an adversarial approach; and manage your claims, think outside the box and create innovative processes. Skills/Experience: To be considered for this role you will have: 2-7 years’ PAE in litigation or personal injury law ideally with at least some experience in abuse law claims; the confidence to manage your files relatively autonomously for your level (with supervision); and the ability to think creatively to achieve outcomes (rather than just running claims).
