About the team The Office of the Chief Executive supports the delivery and operation of Sydney Metro. The opportunity Right now we have a unique opportunity for a Probity Fraud & Corruption Prevention Manager to play a key role in leading the development and management of our Probity, Fraud and Corruption Prevention function. Reporting to the Senior Manager. This is an excellent chance to take your career to the next level and utilise your subject matter expertise to further enhance the function. In this role you will develop, implement and review policies, standards, processes and education programs relating to probity, fraud, and corruption prevention, detection and investigation. You will respond to related issues and concerns across these areas, and provide advice and support to internal stakeholders for the development of relevant management and resolution strategies. About you To succeed in this role you will possess proven experience in a related field, and tertiary qualifications in a related discipline will be held in high regard. You will have a proven ability to develop strong relationships, present, engage and influence to achieve the best outcomes using your specialist knowledge in probity and fraud and corruption prevention. With strong communication skills, you will take a proactive and resilient approach to dealing with challenging, complex and sensitive situations and be a team player with an ability to work successfully across a matrix organisation. Salary and Benefits The salary for this position is Grade 9A ($135 8980 – Grade 9E ($152 204) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
