An Office All Rounder opportunity, for an amazing boutique practice in the inner south suburbs. Located in a great location – close to shops and BEACH Our client is a law firm located in the inner south suburbs, in Brighton. They are looking for an Office All Rounder, to work within the firm. The firm are niche and well known within the area they practice in. They are looking for an Office Administrator, who is happy to work in a dual role. Providing Reception support, office management support and/or Bookkeeping support. Responsibilities: Assisting with Reception relief Providing Office Management support – organising stationary, ordering office supplies, assisting with Trust Accounts Assisting the Lawyers with ensuring a smooth running of the practice Opening and closing files Ensuring client satisfaction Assisting with booking in clients, managing the meeting rooms Preparing basic correspondence via email and letters Ad Hoc Administrative duties Ideally you will have previous experience within a law firm is preferred. You will work within an amazing firm, that are well known for what they do. You will work within a friendly firm, who love what they do As an All Rounder, your role will be varied.
