As a Paralegal, you will work across property development and retail leasing files for several brands that are household names. You’ll interact with a wide variety of stakeholders and have access to diverse, complex files. The team you’ll join is busy, inclusive and welcoming and the in-house legal department is large and well-resourced. The role This opportunity is offered on a 12-month contract with full-time hours. You’ll work closely with other paralegal peers, plus a team of lawyers in a large Property team and take on a variety of property work including drafting agreements around leasing, deeds and licenses. There will also be exposure to large-scale property development files. About you The role is suited to an experienced Property Paralegal with at least three years relevant experience. Experience with commercial or retail leasing is essential, as is the ability to self-manage files. Why apply?
