Join the Sydney office of a leading international law firm in a varied admin role incorporating concierge and practice services support The role Join a small, welcoming team of Practice Admin Assistants who manage the concierge and practice services administration for a global firm’s Sydney office. Your duties will be hugely wide-ranging, including meeting/greeting, managing meeting rooms, events, and guests’ catering and IT needs. You’ll also support the BD and HR teams with administration support, book travel, order stationery, and manage expense claims. With such variety, this position offers you an excellent opportunity to further develop your administration and business-support skills across all areas of practice management. The role is offered on a permanent basis with rotating shifts of 8.00 am – 4.30 pm, and 10.00 am – 6.30 pm. About you You will offer; A commitment to customer service, demonstrated by at least two years experience in another client-facing role; Strong administration skills, including advanced skills in Word and intermediate Excel; A commitment to working on a full-time permanent basis in practice services and adoption; Experience in another professional services organisation would be viewed favourably.
