Working alongside approachable Partners, you will play a pivotal role within the team – it’s very much a ‘hands on’ role with direct client contact, autonomous management of files and you should also enjoy playing a ‘mentoring’ role to less experienced colleagues within this fast-paced, dynamic & successful group The ideal candidate will have: Solid ( min. 4-7 years p.q.e. ) in a recognised Property law team including proven experience in large-scale transactional property matters (ie. whole life-cycle) including site acquisition through to asset management relating to significant property projects, retail & industrial developments. Highly developed, effective communication skills for client liaison & to bring the best out of the team. Be a ‘self-starter’ with an approachable manner/able to assist/direct others in a team environment. Be able to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
