About the opportunity Par t of the AN Z leadership team you will be responsible for developing and implementing ANZ compliance program. Review programs, identify gaps and roll out processes and policies. Develop and provide training for employees and third parties on all compliance related topics. You will also be responsible for managing risk assessment, strategy as well as other ad hoc projects as required. Responsibilities Commercial Support incl guidance and advice to multiple stakeholders across business to pro-actively support compliance matters to minimise risk Head up Compliance Committee Conduct ongoing risk assessment and due diligence of the business, third party activities and any other areas Create, establish and implement policies, procedures and standards to mitigate compliance risk Develop and provide relevant, engaging and interactive compliance training Support and implement the compliance monitoring program Compliance Investigation and Reporting Skills and Experience Degree qualified or equivalent Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries experience Extensive experience working in a compliance role Proven, effective and strong leadership ability along with influencing skills across the business Developed and implemented Compliance Programs for ABAC risk Experience in developing and delivering training Culture Innovative, passionate and strong work ethics with flexibility and great team cohesion.
