We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.   For more information go to   What you will be doing The Manager will guide and support the ACI Surgical Services Taskforce (SST) in the process of evidence-based healthcare reform in NSW hospitals and Local Health Districts (LHD) and community partners by developing, promoting and implementing programs, frameworks and models of care support surgical quality improvement in NSW.   The Manager will work collaboratively with hospital managers and clinicians to facilitate the contribution of key internal and external stakeholders in the innovation of programs, frameworks and models of Care across NSW. This includes sound knowledge of State and Commonwealth policy issues relating to the provision of care and support of people within surgical services. Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of projects, and evaluation. Highly developed ability to work within and support multidisciplinary teams. High level system wide knowledge of contemporary issues, challenges and directions of surgical services in NSW and demonstrated experience of reviewing and using evidence-based research to improve health outcomes.
